Digital Almanac III update v2.3

A new update for Digital Almanac III to version 2.3 was sent to all online registered
cusotmers.
It mainly fixes some bugs in th PPC version with caused crashes in special cases.

title link.
The English version of DA III will be finished as planned in the next three to
four weeks.
