Bonds v1.78 BETA3 with New Homepage

online. Through a server change the access probabily should be improved
drastically. Besides that there's a new update v1.78 BETA3, which only contains
some small bugfixes. Additionally for registered users there's now the tool
"quotations updater", that can be used to update quotations also without Bonds.
The email-address of the author has also changed. It's now
Sven.Droege@programmed-excellence.de.
