The Internet - Flatrates are changing the behaviour of the users
«The installation of all-included online-access's, so called flatrate,
opens the way for a new kind of dealing with offers
of the internet. Soon these flatrates will cause a fundamental change of
the users behaviour. Some hours or megabytes more or less
are no longer important if you use a flatrate. you can left the
establishing and canceling of the internetconnection to your computer.
