Updated the BindAssigns archive to 1.1. New, code cleanup and how to replace the Assigns in the User-Startup. New for Windows95 keymap for PC-keyboards: notes about the place of the different key's, including the Help key. And installation with AmigaOS3.9 notes. (ps)
