AmigaOS 4: Video Vortex 1.2 - GUI for searching and watching YouTube videos
Video Vortex is a graphical user interface for YT.rexx for searching and viewing YouTube videos. YT.rexx – the new version 3.8 must be copied manually into an existing Video Vortex installation – is a script that provides direct video and audio links from YouTube URLs. Video Vortex, in turn, saves the user the hassle of editing various configuration files and offers a clear and easy-to-use user interface written with Hollywood and the MUIRoyale plugin (amiga-news.de reported.
In the new version 1.2, FFplay - part of FFmpeg 8.0 - has been added to the players, and there is a Dualplay in the menu. (dr)
