Bolton Peck worked for Amiga, Inc. as a betatester from Juli 2000 to June 2002. In September 2002 he sued his former employer for unpaid wages and medical bills.
He posted a summary of his Amiga, Inc. story about a year later on ANN.lu. In another posting on amiga.org from April 2007 he states that "they have yet to pay me a cent".
The only publicly available document from this case is a single page from the judgement, that lists the amounnt of money Amiga, Inc. is ordered to pay Peck - close to 78.000 USD.
