Itec v. Hyperion VOF

After Amiga, Inc. had sued Hyperion for Breach of Contract in late April 2007 - since the latter hadn't handed over the AmigaOS 4 sourcecode - Amiga investor Itec sued Hyperion as well in Juli, in the Supreme Court of New York. The case was dismissed in April 2008 due to lack of jurisdiction.
