Inception Group Real Estate LLC v. Amiga, Inc. (Delaware)
In 2003, real estate company Inception Group had won the second lawsuit against
its former tenant Amiga, Inc. (Washington). The latter was ordered to pay them
150,000 USD. In November 2008, for reasons unknown to the public, Inception
managed to have the not-successor Amiga, Inc. (Delaware) commit to paying that
old debt.
But Amiga Delaware didn't pay either, so Inception sued them on Juli 12, 2009.
Case no. 2:2009cv00810 didn't last much longer than a month since Amiga, Inc.
didn't take part at all and was found to be in default.
