MorphOS: Reggae supports now AIFC/sowt Grzegorz "Krashan" Kraszewskis has published a new modul for his multimedia library Reggae: The "sowt"-pseudocodec for the AIFC-format (compressed audio IFF) is used to save sound data in Little-Endian-format and was introduced by Apple. Most of the current audio applications under Mac OS save in this format. The new aiff.demuxer 51.7 for Reggae supports AIFC as well as the "sowt"-version. (cg) (Translation: dr) [News message: 07. There will be a limited version of the program with the next OS4-SDK. The full version of CodeBench will be distributed commercially. The author describes CodeBench as "plugin-based management-system". The C/C++ and PHP/HTML-plugins already work. With the help of the corresponding plugin each programming language can be supported. CodeBench can compile itself as well as AmigaOS 4 source code. Under the title link the author explained some features of CodeBench in a discussion. (cg) (Translation: dr) [News message: 05.
