`28.Nov.2009` Amiga.org (Webseite)	Sam440ep: Experimental Debian-Netinstall-Image with GART-support ACube Systems has published a new ISO-file for the Internet installation of the Linux-distribution Debian for the PowerPC-boards Sam440ep and Sam440ep-flex which is experimental. You can now also use GART (Graphics Address Remapping Table). With its help graphic data can be loaded directly from the main memory. The included kernel of version 2.6.31.5 was compiled with the IBM performance libraries which recently was also published for AmigaOS 4.1. (snx) (Translation: dr) [News message: 28. November 2009 ACube Systems is pleased to announce the release of a new version of U-Boot firmware for its line of motherboards Sam440ep and Sam440ep-flex. This version addresses a number of problems and add some features and optimizations making it possible to cut down boot time by 3-12 seconds depending on the configuration of the board.
