Diskmag: Eurochart needs support!
One of the last diskmags of the Amiga demo scene, "The official Eurochart", will be published by middle or end next month. The editors ask for a vote for volume 48 and to participate the poll (Scene Survey) or to contribute something else e. g. English articles, graphics or musics. (ps) (Translation: ub)

Crossfire II shipped & further news (Update)
On Monday Crossfire II will be shipped to all subscribers and Amiga dealers. The shipped version of the game will be v1.03, which contains various bug fixes and the following new featueres as compared the the show version:

  • Full MorphOS and Pegasos compatibility
  • Complete story in German
  • Many mission details changed and difficulty level adjusted
  • Tutorial now optional
  • Currently selected weapon will be highlighted

Furthermore a new demo version of Crossfire II has been released on the APC&TCP and Dreamworlds Development home pages. There you will find the updates of the game and the demo version V1.03. In addition the support pages for the game on the APC&TCP home page have been updated and a.o. a FAQ added.

Update 20.01.2003:
On the Amiga Future home page you will find an interview with Dreamworld Development. (ps) (Translation: cb)

GFX-BASE: Review of fxPAINT 2.0
GFX-BASE has a new review. This time they put the latest version of the image-authoring-software fxPAINT v.2.0 to the test. In this review they tried to give you an impression of the new features, optimizations and improvements in this new release (especially for those who already own a previous version of fxPAINT) as well as an overview for those, who have not tried or seen fxPAINT before.
