Originally developed with the sole purpose of running or testing DiagROM, the program can now also handle complex and timing-critical software. It emulates OCS, ECS, and AGA; the 68000 through 68040 processors; Gayle IDE and the A2091 SCSI controller. There are preconfigured profiles for the A500, A1200, CDTV, and CD32. The emulator is developed for macOS, untested Windows and Linux builds are also available. `15.Jun.2026` a1k.org (Webseite)	Amiga Unix: Linux based cross-compiler setup for AMIX, AmigaNet update With gcc-cross-amix, there is now a Linux-based toolchain that allows you to compile programs for Amiga Unix using GCC. GCC 2.7.2 is used as the compiler; proprietary Unix files such as headers or libraries must be copied over from an AMIX installation. The AMIX driver for "AmigaNet" network cards, which was released in May but had not yet been tested at that time, has since been tested on actual hardware and now also enables Internet access.
