T.o.T.: New LARP-Videos and Aminet-Demo
From the Tales of Tamar Newspage:
"Dear customers and testers,

it is our pleasure to provide your with two news items today.

First of all, we finally got the video for the second LARP based on Tales of Tamar. This con was again organized by the proven team around Daniel Stein and everybody had a lot of fun. Our thanks go to the great people at Virtual Dimension, who professionally cut and produced the video. You can find it under Downloads.

If all goes well, we will have an ambiente con in winter 2002/03 on a castle. It will also be the release party for the Tales of Tamar base set. Every player is cordially invited. You will soon find detailled information in the LARP section of our homepage.

Last but not least, today we have prepared a tech demo for Tales of Tamar to be released on Aminet. This demo will help you find out if Tales of Tamar works properly on your system and also gives you some background information. It is the same demo as two years ago, but based on new routines and now also works on Amithlon. Unfortuneately, we're not able to test it on MorphOS yet, but if some MorphOS betatesters download this demo, we would like to hear about possible problems.

Music/Sound Expert Sought for Crossfire II

Dreamworlds Development is looking urgently for a music/sound expert who can also add music to animations, in order to prepare Crossfire II. The animations are in MPEG format or if needed in single pictures on a CD. The result of adding the sound should therefore be a timed sample in a common format

There is not going to be much monetary reward involved (because of the overall market situation). The best case scenario would be approximately 100 Euros when the project is published. You can get further details by expressing your interest in an email.

Under the title link there's a game test by Golem with the titleGame Test: Speedball 2 - Return of the Classics on the GBA title "Speedball 2", which was also favorably well known on the Amiga.

Here's an excerpt: »Whoever has called an Amiga his own will be dazzled by the mere mention of the Bitmap Brothers. This development team created Amiga games of an unforgotten radiance. One of them, Speedball 2, was recently introduced in a version for Nintendo's handheld Game Boy Advance.«
