Deathbed Vigil DVD on the ARC 2002
Dave Haynie, one of the most popular developers of Commodore, has made a special edition of his film "Deathbed Vigil" for the 8th anniversary of the Commodore bankruptcy. Individual Computers will import the DVD, and offer it for 39,- EUR at the fare. Please pre-order your copy via E-Mail, so we'll have enough DVDs for the show.

There is no country code on the DVD, and it can be played back on all players. Audio is English only. Video and Audio haven been digitally re-mastered, and new scenes have been added that have not been published before on the VHS tape. The Bonus material contains the music video "Chicken-Lips Blues", a new short film called "Amiga Impact", and a photo album that Dave has compiled. (ps)

HCC-Commodore-Club NL: Little Update and Events
Hello all C= friends,

We are again present on the HCC stock exchange from 22 till 24 November at the Jaarbeurs, Utrecht, standnumber 10E068, Hall 10. We are one of the only groups that are present from the beginning! Also we have a few updates on our homepage:

There is some "new" news, a new photo collection to give you an impression of our C= show activities and a little report with pics about our birthday present for Jeri Ellsworth (she's the lady from the CommodoreONE project). For those who can read a little bit Dutch, there's a fine article about the C64 scene at http://www.boomcha.nl/.

Greetings and keep the C= scene alive!

Event: Eternity shows T.o.T. on ARC 2002
Eternity, the software makers from Frechen, Germany, will show the online-strategy game Tales of Tamar. This is not the hectic kind of game that's being played at so-called LAN-Parties, but a more "grown-up" game. A central server analyzes every player's moves that are sent via eMail once per day, and sends back the results through eMail as well. More information about Tales of Tamar can be found on www.tamar.net. (ps)
