AmigaOS 4: HivelyTracker 1.7 HivelyTracker is a tracker based on the AHX-format. AHX was developed in the 90s to be able writing songs which are similar to the typical chip-sound of the SID (sound chip of the C64). In version 1.7 two minor bugs were fixed. AmigaOS 4: Midi-Sequencer BarsnPipes 0.7.1 Lyle Hazelwood who has taken over the development of the AmigaOS 4-version of the MIDI-sequencer BarsnPipes of Alfred Faust has released a first minor update of the programm. Changes in version 0.7.1:
This version is not backward compatible to previous releases of BarsnPipes. On the AmiWest the author had announced to adapt all extensions little by little. It is not certain if this version can import saved BarsnPipes-projects. The author recommends to hide the Tools-directory so no tools are loaded. MIDI-files can be imported with the tool "sMerFF". In future the CAMD-support is supposed to be improved as well as a modern graphical user-interface to be created. (cg) (Translation: dr) [News message: 02.
