MorphOS: Web-Browser Netsurf 2.0dev (beta) (Update) NetSurf is a browser, originally developed for RiscOS, which can be used with 17 MB memory and e.g. supports HTML 4.01, XHTML 1.0 and CSS 2.1. Netsurf still has not any Javascript support. The version for MorphOS was done by Ilkka "itix" Lehtoranta and includes a MUI user-interfacee and an IBrowse compatible hotlist. Netsurf at least requires MorphOS 2.2. The current beta version includes several minor limitations (you cannot change the hotlist, you cannot abort downloads...) which will be fixed during the next two weeks. Update: If Netsurf does not view any text you have to download the file ttengine.database from the website of the author. Then copy it to the directory ENVARC: After rebooting the system all should work fine. Download: ttengine.database (cg) (Translation: dr) [News message: 12. Based on some parts of the development of Robert Norris the unstable port of the Origyn Web Browser can already view simple websites like Google, aros.org and aros-exec.org without any problems. Originally SDL was used but will be replaced little by little by Intuition. For further details please have a look under the title link. (snx) (Translation: dr) [News message: 11.
