Programming competition: Deadline for AmiGameJam 2025 extended
The motto of this year's edition of the AmigaGameJam programming competition is 'Return of the Arcade': The task is to create a title that could be set in a typical Arcade and "would be worthy of being given its own arcade cabinet". The deadline for developers was December 1st (amiga-news.de reported).
Organiser Moya 'Amiga Cammy' McGeough has now extended this deadline to 28 February 2026: she wants to make sure, "everyone has plenty of time to create something awesome, polish up their projects, or even jump in if you haven't started yet."
She also announces that Immortal Joysticks and Aracade Parts UK have been secured as sponsors. (dr)
