`19.Sep.2021`	Jackal: Zweite Demoversion verfügbar NeesoGames hatte neulich eine Amigaumsetzung des ursprünglich 1986 von Konami veröffentlichten Spiels Jackal angekündigt und auch eine erste Demoversion veröffentlicht. Gestern folgte die Veröffentlichung einer zweiten Demoversion, die allerdings immer noch ausdrücklich als sehr frühe Entwicklerversion und somit fehlerhaft beschrieben wird und keine Endgegner enthält. `19.Sep.2021` Günter Bartsch (Autor)	Amiga QuickBasic Compiler: Version 0.7.1alpha1 veröffentlicht Mit seinem Amiga QuickBasic Compiler hat der Entwickler Günter Bartsch die Absicht, ein modernes, sauberes, Amiga OS-kompatibles und zukunftssicheres BASIC zu erstellen, das auf die moderne Amiga-Anwendungsentwicklung zugeschnitten ist. Wir hatten über den Start des Projekts vor kurzem berichtet. Da der Autor freundlicherweise in dem Kommentaren weiterführenden Erläuterungen gab, führte das mit unseren Lesern zu einem regen Gedankenaustausch. `19.Sep.2021` Andreas Falkenhahn (ANF)	Hollywood: APK Compiler 4.0 veröffentlicht Pressemitteilung: Airsoft Softwair freut sich die sofortige Verfügbarkeit vom Hollywood APK Compiler 4.0 bekanntgeben zu können. Mit dem Hollywood APK Compiler können Hollywood-Skripte ganz einfach als eigenständige Android-Apps kompiliert werden und damit auf Smartphones und Tablets benutzt oder in den Play Store hochgeladen werden. Hollywood APK Compiler 4.0 ist ein großes Update, welches jetzt auch das Android App Bundle-Format (AAB) unterstützt. Seit August 2021 müssen Apps, die über den Play Store veröffentlicht werden sollen, im AAB-Format vorliegen, weshalb der Hollywood APK Compiler nun auch dieses Format unterstützt. Selbstverständlich wird auch weiterhin das APK-Format unterstützt, welches praktisch für den Vertrieb außerhalb des Play Store bzw. für Sideloading ist. Eine weitere Neuerung in der Version 4.0 ist, dass der Hollywood APK Compiler nun auch alle Funktionen der finalen Version von RapaGUI 2.0, die im Juli veröffentlicht wurde, unterstützt. `17.Sep.2021`	Retro 7-bit: Firmwareupdate für Tastaturadapter 'Sum' (Update) Mit Hilfe der von Retro 7-bit angebotenen 'Sum'-Tastaturadapter können durch den integrierten USB-Stack handelsübliche USB-Tastaturen ohne Installation zusätzlicher Treibersoftware an Amigas angeschlossen werden (amiga-news.de berichtete). Ursprünglich auch für das CDTV und das CD32 angeboten, sind aktuell noch Versionen für den Amiga 600 und den Amiga 1200 auf Lager. Die Adapter müssen innerhalb des Amigagehäuses installiert werden. `14.Sep.2021`	Virus Help Team: xvs.library V33.44 Georg Wittmann hat die Version 33.44 der externen Virusscanner-Bibliothek xvs.library veröffentlicht, die folgende Änderungen beinhaltet: Not a new author, just a new name: After marriage some years ago, my family name is no longer Hörmann, but Wittmann. Added recognition for AROS systems and enhanced recognition for AmigaOS 4.x in library startup code. Again reviewed the complete xvsSurveyMemory() code for possible AmigaOS 4.x, AROS and MorphOS problems and fixed them all, no more accesses to protected memory areas or invalid structures. Folgende Dinge stehen noch auf der To-Do-Liste: Analyse and possibly add some old viruses/installers that Jan Andersen of VHT-Denmark sent me in 2021. Add full support for 'Neurotic Death' linkviruses (6 versions). These are highly polymorphic and very hard to recognize in files. Currently only the original installer files are recognized, and active viruses will be killed in memory. Try to get the old 'GlobVec144' linkvirus. The only ones who ever had a copy are Heiner Schneegold (VT-Schutz) and Sönke Freitag (VTC Hamburg), but Sönke couldn't find it anymore and Heiner Schneegold didn't give it to me :-( (dr) [Meldung: 14.
