`21.Okt.2002` PIK (ANF)	Verschlüsselungssoftware: PGP Version 2.6.3in Unter dem Titellink finden Sie eine kleine Download-Seite, die Andreas Schwarz eingerichtet hat. Unter anderem finden Sie dort die aktuelle Version (20010323) der Verschlüsselungs-Software 'PGP 2.6.3in'. Im Gegensatz zu der Aminetversion braucht man aber die ixemul 48 library. Die Geschwindigkeit entspricht trotzdem mindestens der der uralten asm-Version vom Aminet. Die Liste der Bugfixes ist ziemlich lang. Kompiliert wurde sinnigerweise mit gcc 2.95.1. Die Archive sind dazu auch noch sehr gut zusammengestellt. Fast die kompletten englischen Docs + en/es/fr/de Sprachdateien. Die Execs sind für 020+ und für 060. Ein Lob an den Autor. `20.Okt.2002` amiga.org	AROS: Snapshots stehen wieder zur Verfügung Vom AmigaOS-kompatiblen Open Source-OS 'AROS' stehen nun wieder die Snapshots zum Download zur Verfügung. Fabio Alemagna schreibt hierzu auf amiga.org: "That's right folks, since today you can download again the daily snapshots of the sources and binaries of AROS. You can do it by viting this page. However, remember that the AROS team doesn't officially support these snapshots, they are given to you "as is", although bug reports are very welcome and should be submitted using the bug tracker and patches should be submitted using the patch tracker. `19.Okt.2002` Jim Steichen (ANF)	AmigaTalk V2.1 uploaded to Aminet Version 2.1 of AmigaTalk today was uploaded to Aminet. A look at the .readme file will show some significant additions since V2.0. AmigaTalk V2.1 is a version of 'Little Smalltalk' (V1.0 by Tim Budd) that has been re-written & enhanced for the Amiga line of computers. James T. Steichen, Copyright (c) 1998-2002. Be sure to have the sound turned on when you start the program! (It's called AmigaTalk for a reason!) WARNING: ~~~~~~~ There are some things that I can no longer test due to the fact that my system has a CyberVision 64/3D graphics card & is using the cybergraphics.library (et al). I would appreciate some feedback about problems that you might find, since I will not always be able to find them. The system is currently NOT fully documented (especially IFF & BOOPSI Classes), so expect to see some holes in the documentation. I did NOT go back & verify that all the test files still work as shown. REQUIREMENTS: ~~~~~~~~~~~~ AmigaTalk uses DeckBrowser which is copyrighted (c) by InovaTronics. Hilt2 ist ein Strategiespiel mit RPG (Role Play Game) Merkmalen. Sie müssen mit Ihrem Team verschiedene Operationen erfüllen. `19.Okt.2002` Carsten Siegner (ANF)	Videodeokonverter Update 2.2-Beta Carsten Siegner schreibt: Heute habe ich eine neue Beta vom Programm 'Videokonverter' fertiggestellt. Diese Version behebt ein Problem mit Movieshop-Picturefiles. Bisher brach ffmepg immer ab, wenn er ein unbekanntes Jpg-Unterformat vor sich hatte (ffmpeg ist sehr wählerisch in Bezug auf Jpg-Unterformate). Jetzt habe ich dafür ein "Work arround" erstellt, indem ich ein Dataype-loader-Plugin für Videokonverter zusammengestellt habe. Dieses Plugin kann alle als Datatype vorliegende Bildformate einlesen, nach PPM konvertieren und diese als Bilderliste an Videokonverter übergeben. Dazu muss man nur ein beliebiges Bildverzeichnis im Lister als Eingang angeben, ein Bildverzeichnis als Ausgang angeben, und zuletzt nur auf Konvert drücken. Leider handelt es sich nur um eine Betaversion, da bei mir bei sehr großen Bilderlisten der Amiga immer abstürzte, und ich bisher diesen Fehler nur bedingt eindämmen konnte.
