(ANF)	AmigaOS 4.0 wird auf der AmiWest 2003 demonstriert Amiga Inc. wird in Verbindung mit Hyperion Entertainmaint und Computer Connection aus Kalifornien das derzeitige AmigaOS 4.0 auf der am kommenden Wochenende stattfindenden Amiga-Show 'AmiWest 2003' in Sacramento demonstrieren. AmigaOS4.0 to be demonstrated at AmiWest July 25, 2003 - Amiga Inc, in conjunction with Hyperion Entertainment and Computer Connection of California will be demonstrating the current state of AmigaOS4.0 at the up-and-coming Amiga show in Sacramento, California. Louie Dituri of Computer Connection, an Amiga dealer since 1988, will demonstrate AmigaOS4.0 running natively on a Cyberstorm PPC A4000. A lot of progress has been made in moving 68k modules to PPC-native since the end of the European AmigaOS on Tour roadshow as well as the default look evolving still further. Computer Connection have also donated an AmigaOne as a raffle prize and, additionally, will be demonstrating AmigaOnes running Linux. A representative of Hyperion Entertainment, the project manager for AmigaOS4.0, will be on hand to answer questions on the product. In addition, John Harris, a renowned AmigaDE developer (and the creator of the classic Frogger and Jawbreaker games), will be present at the Computer Connection stand to show off a variety of AmigaDE applications. We urge all Amigans attending the show to flock to the Computer Connection stand and see the future of the Amiga Platform. No rumours, no spin, no hype, just the real deal! `24.Jul.2003` Jens Schönfeld (ANF)	Sommer-Events mit individual Computers "Dieses Jahr gibt es kein Sommerloch!" Auch wenn das Büro in Aachen vom 24. Juli bis zum 18. August geschlossen bleibt, finden gleich mehrere Veranstaltungen im Bereich Amiga- und classic computing statt. Dieses Wochenende findet in Sacramento, Californien die Amiwest statt, eine traditionsreiche Messe, die schon seit vielen Jahren stattfindet. Dieses Jahr sind wir zum ersten Mal als Aussteller dabei. In den vergangenen Jahren waren wir nur auf der Amiga-Messe in St. Louis im mittleren Westen der USA vertreten. Zeitgleich findet in Schweden die Computer-Party Little Computer People statt. Sie ist von C64-Fans für C64-Fans organisiert, und wird von uns mit Sachpreisen unterstützt. Zu sehen gibt es den aktuellen Entwicklungsstand des C-One, und unsere Netzwerkkarte "RR-Net" wird zum ersten Mal einem größeren Publikum vorgeführt. Wer Interesse hat, kann die Karte gleich vor Ort kaufen. Der Höhepunkt dieses Sommers ist die Classic Gaming Expo 2003 in Las Vegas am 9. und 10. August. Auch hier sind wir zum erstem Mal als Aussteller vertreten. Auf der Messe für klassische Computerspiele und Arkade-Automaten leben Namen wie Atari, Activision, Vectrex, Intellivision und selbstverständlich auch Commodore wieder auf.
